Continental's BestDrive team is hiring a Tire Service Technician with sign-on bonuses up to $4,500 for external hires. The role covers mounting, dismounting, balancing tires, and servicing off-road equipment across multiple technician levels. Embrace a fast-paced environment with safety at the forefront.

Work hours typically 7-5 Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays. Emergency road calls may occur nights/weekends. Vehicle maintenance and OSHA compliance are part of daily duties.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Clear verbal and written communication with coworkers and management.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks
• Repair Tires
• Inspect tires and wheels before and after service
• Determine repairable tire conditions and make repairs
• Review work orders and discuss with supervisors
• Document work performed per policy
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools
• Unbolt and re-bolt wheels from/to equipment
• Mount/dismount any type of off-the-road tire including multi-piece rims
• Perform emergency road service calls at night/weekends
• Maintain service vehicle and onboard equipment
• Comply with OSHA safety requirements
