Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is hiring a Service Technician to dismount, mount, balance and repair tires for commercial vehicles and off-the-road equipment. You will handle tire service, wheel assemblies, and related maintenance in a fast-paced environment at our Grove City location.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass a DOT physical, and teamwork with safety as a priority. We offer a sign-on bonus program paid in installments at 30, 90, and 180 days, plus

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair tires and inspect tires and wheels before/after service.
• Review work orders and discuss with supervisors.
• Document work performed accurately per policy.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools.
• Perform emergency road service on nights/weekends as needed.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle and equipment.
