Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking a Service Technician to join our tire and service team. Eligible external candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $4,500 depending on level, paid after 30/90/180 days.

You will dismount/mount, balance, and repair commercial vehicle tires, perform road service as needed, and maintain safety and OSHA compliance while supporting heavy equipment and fleet customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to dismount, mount, balance, and repair tires on commercial/ off-road equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires from trucks.
• Repair tires and inspect tires and wheels per procedures.
• Document work performed per policy.
• Operate service equipment and tools.
• Assist with emergency road service as needed.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle and equipment.
