Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is hiring a Tire Service Technician in the United States. You will service commercial and off-the-road tires, engage in sign-on bonus levels, and support safety standards while maintaining vehicles and equipment.

Eligible applicants can receive installments at 30, 90, and 180 days, contingent on eligibility. You must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, pass a DOT physical, and work in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels before and after service.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Review work orders with supervisors.
• Document work performed per company policy.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools.
• Unbolt and re-bolt wheels with lug wrenches.
• Mount/dismount off-the-road tires including multi-piece rims.
• Perform emergency road service on nights/weekends on a rotating basis.
• Maintain service vehicle and equipment.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements.
