Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is a leading after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. We are seeking a customer-focused sales associate to assist callers and walk-in customers with parts selection and pricing.

You will locate requested parts from warehouses or branches, quote prices per policy, and handle warranties or credits as needed. You will also promote related parts to maximize full-service sales and maintain organized display areas to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active listening, asking questions, and understanding customer needs.
• Basic computer skills with Windows XP suite (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Time management and service-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers by phone or in person to sell heavy-duty parts.
• Determine and obtain parts for customers and suggest related items.
• Locate ordered parts from central warehouse or branch.
• Set sales price per company procedures for each sale.
• Handle warranties or defective parts per procedure and process credits.
• Special order parts on emergency basis when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists and ensure display areas support sales.
• Answer questions about products, prices, and availability; provide catalogs.
