FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to help customers by phone or in person, locating parts, and recommending related products to maximize service opportunities.

The role involves determining prices, processing credits, handling warranties, and maintaining up-to-date catalogs and pricing information for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active listening, communication and time management skills essential.
• 2+ years of sales experience; heavy-duty parts sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Suggest related parts for full service and locate ordered parts from warehouse or branch.
• Determine sale price for customers following company procedures; process credits and returns.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per company procedures; write approved charge sales.
• Provide customers with current product catalogs and answer questions about products, prices, and availability.
• Keep counter area clean and display areas organized to encourage sales.
