Provide service to customers by phone or in person through sales of heavy-duty parts in accordance with identified customer needs and availability of parts to make a profit for FleetPride.

As a sales associate, you will help determine parts for customers, quote prices, and process credits and warranties.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Windows XP and MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong listening and communication skills with customers.
• Time management and ability to persuade customers effectively.
• Service-oriented approach with a focus on helping people.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers by phone or in person to locate heavy-duty parts.
• Quote prices according to company procedures.
• Process warranty or defective parts per policy.
• Handle credits for returned merchandise and write up approved charges.
• Special order parts on an emergency basis when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists and structures.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability and features.
• Keep counter area clean and displays organized to encourage sales.
