FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. The role involves assisting customers by phone or in person to identify and obtain the right parts, while recommending related items to maximize service and profitability.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in sales, familiarity with heavy-duty automotive parts, and basic Windows software skills. This is an on-site position supporting branch and warehouse operations.

Responsabilités

• Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Suggest sale of related parts for full service.
• Locate and obtain ordered parts from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers per company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per company procedures.
• Process approved credits for customer returns.
• Maintain clean counter area and visually appealing displays.
• Answer questions about products, prices, and availability.
