Job summary

Sunrock is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction to lead full lifecycle projects from estimation to closeout. You will partner with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating materials, leading estimating efforts, reviewing contracts, and reporting performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, heavy civil preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, cost estimates, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project schedules, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate material flow, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Lead project estimating efforts including scope development and cost analysis.
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications for scope and risk.
• Track project costs, budgets, and financial performance; drive profitability.
