Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. is seeking experienced HVAC Installers in the United States to install heat pump systems in homes across North America. You will remove aging gas equipment, perform refrigerant recovery and charging with precision, and ensure compliance with building codes while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
Ability to work independently and with a crew.
EPA Section 608 Certification (required or in progress).
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and compliance.

Responsibilities

Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, removing gas furnaces and old AC units.
Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with precision.
Prepare spaces after removal to ensure a solid install baseline for new equipment.
Read blueprints and schematics to install and troubleshoot accurately.
Ensure all jobs comply with local building codes before completion.
Deliver a standout customer experience with clear answers and on-site reassurance.
Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and warehouse daily.
Collaborate with installers and engineering to improve processes.
