Job summary

Jetson Home is hiring experienced HVAC Installers to swap aging gas systems for high-efficiency heat pumps. You will walk into homes, remove old equipment, and install a complete heat pump system with precision and care, ensuring a clean, compliant space and a homeowner who is excited about the upgrade.

You’ll read blueprints, follow wiring diagrams, and stay aligned with local codes while delivering a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience including attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• HVACR licence is required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required or in progress.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams; stay current with local codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform full heat pump system installs from start to finish, removing gas furnaces and old equipment and ensuring a clean, ready space.
• Carry out refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care.
• Prepare spaces after removal to ensure a smooth start for the new install.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and ensure each job is completed correctly.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by communicating clearly and addressing questions on site.
