Jetson is seeking experienced HVAC installers in Atlanta, GA to remove aging gas equipment and install heat pump systems, delivering a clean, high-quality result for homeowners.

You'll work on the front lines of the clean energy transition, reading blueprints, staying compliant with local codes, and collaborating with a team to raise the bar on installation quality while providing a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC install experience in residential settings.
• HVACR licence is required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required or in progress.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and leaving the space clean.
• Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
• Prep spaces after equipment removal so the new install starts correctly.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
• Stay current on local building codes and ensure compliance before wrap.
• Deliver a standout customer experience and address concerns clearly on the spot.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and workspace.
• Collaborate with fellow installers and engineering to improve processes.
