Jetson is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to professionally remove aging gas equipment and install heat pump systems in single-family homes across Centennial, CO. You will deliver safe, compliant installations and a top-tier customer experience.

Ideal candidates have HVACR licences, EPA 608, and blueprint-reading skills, with a strong safety mindset and ability to work independently or with a crew. Join a front-line team advancing the clean energy transition.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC install experience in attics and crawlspaces.
• HVACR licence is required.
• EPA 608 Certification required or in progress.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety requirements.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing gas furnaces and old equipment.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and precise charging.
• Prepare spaces after removal to ensure a proper start for the new install.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate install and troubleshooting.
• Stay current on local building codes and ensure compliance before wrap.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and address concerns on site.
• Identify and communicate quality issues early and suggest improvements.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and on-site workspace.
• Collaborate with other installers and engineering to raise the bar.
