Job summary

Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company in North America and is hiring HVAC Installers in Denver. You will lead end-to-end heat pump system installs, replacing aging gas equipment and ensuring a tidy, compliant space for homeowners.

This role offers a dynamic path on the front lines of the clean energy transition. You will work on high-quality projects, collaborating with engineers and installers to improve processes, while adhering to local codes

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC install experience in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• HVACR licence required.
• EPA 608 Certification required or in progress.
• Able to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Knowledge of local building codes and compliance.
• Strong refrigerant handling skills: recovery, evacuation, charging.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Physically capable of heavy equipment and varied conditions.
• Heat pumps or mini-splits experience is a plus; growth will be supported.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, removing gas equipment and leaving a clean space.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation and charging with care.
• Prepare spaces after removal to ensure smooth new installs.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install and troubleshoot accurately.
• Stay updated on local building codes and ensure compliance before wrap.
• Deliver standout customer experience and address questions on the spot.
