Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on residential HVAC install experience.

• Follows OSHA standards and LOTO procedures.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging with precision.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately.
• Ensure code compliance and job-site safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and address questions.
• Maintain organized vehicles and warehouse.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes.
