Job summary

Jetson is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to replace aging gas equipment with heat pump systems in residential settings. You will lead full installs from start to finish, ensure safety, code compliance, and a professional home handover that leaves customers confident in their upgrade.

You’ll read blueprints, advise on best practices, and collaborate with our engineering team to continuously improve installation quality. This is a hands-on, in-person role in Columbia, MD.

Qualifications

• HVACR licence required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required or in progress.
• Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish.
• Remove existing gas furnaces and A/C, leave space clean.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately.
• Ensure local codes and safety standards are met on each job.
• Deliver a standout customer experience and address questions.
