Qualifications

• Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• HVACR licence required and EPA 608 certification required or in progress.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics with local code knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, removing old equipment and cleaning the space.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and correct charging with care.
• Read and follow blueprints and diagrams; ensure compliance with codes.
• Deliver clear, professional customer communication and address concerns on site.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and maintain safety standards.
