The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, and delivering ECMO and related product support across assigned accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of medical device sales experience in the Cardiovascular field.
• Experience with ECMO clinical and technical application preferred.
• Clinical licensure/experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory including overnights.
• Understanding of hospital account management and ability to establish strong customer relationships.
• Track record of success in prior Medical Device sales roles.
• In depth understanding of the market, accounts, and customers you will support.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in annual plan.
• Maintain outstanding customer relationships and professional conduct.
• Provide clinical and technical support for ECMO and related products.
• Manage accounts, quotes, contracts, and Salesforce pipeline.
• Collaborate with regional teams and departments to serve customers.
• Forecast, plan, and track pipeline to grow the business.
• Ensure adherence to Advamed guidelines and Abbott policies.
• Navigate hospital purchasing policies and environments.
