The CAR serves physicians, heart failure clinics, and healthcare administrators by driving utilization, supporting key accounts, and delivering ongoing training and technical support. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare sales with direct interaction with healthcare providers, clinic leaders, or hospital administrators.
• Proven consultative selling skills and ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for established accounts, drive onboarding and monitoring workflows.
• Achieve sales and utilization goals within designated accounts.
• Develop quarterly business plans focused on growth and utilization.
• Deliver product demonstrations and educational presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
