Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions, in partnership with a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Clinical Account Representative to support remote heart failure monitoring. This field-based role blends clinical expertise, account management, and education to drive adoption and optimize patient care across designated accounts.

You will build relationships with physicians and clinic leaders, deliver product demonstrations, manage CRM records, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in medical device or healthcare sales with direct provider interactions.
• Proven consultative selling skills and ability to meet/exceed goals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; prior CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for established high-volume accounts and drive onboarding.
• Achieve sales and utilization goals within designated accounts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support workflow improvements and provide technical/training support to clinical staff.
