• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed dispenser in meeting goals and duties.
• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Educate individuals about hearing wellness.
• Schedule appointments and support growth through community outreach and relationship building.
• Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Walk the club and set tests, 95% of time.
