Job summary

NationsBenefits is hiring a Hearing Ambassador for on-site work at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Flagstaff, AZ. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule tests, and contribute to growth through community outreach and relationship building.

This role requires strong customer service, sales or retail experience, and good computer knowledge. You will be based in the HAC and spend most time walking the club to set tests and drive appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service or sales experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and general computer/Internet knowledge.
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for testing and purchase when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily.
• Secure a minimum of 4 hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use handheld screener as a lead interceptor tool.
• Assist in scheduling return visits with referrals.
• Promote HAC at Sam's Club events.
• Based in HAC but spend 95% of time walking the club and intercepting tests.
