Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers, engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, and schedule appointments at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Southaven, MS. This on-site role emphasizes outreach, relationship building, and driving tests and product sales.

The candidate should have strong customer service and sales experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with scheduling software. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software; general computer/internet knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services and set the stage for tests and purchases.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective/existing customers.
• Secure 4+ daily hearing tests or appointments.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Assist in scheduling return visits and outreach events.
• Be based in HAC but spend most time walking the club and intercepting customers.
