Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking an on-site Hearing Ambassador for the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in San Antonio, TX. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach and relationship-building.

Responsibilities include outbound calling, achieving daily test targets, and promoting non-hearing aid products where appropriate. Strong customer service and scheduling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Schedule tests and guide members toward purchases.
• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective/existing customers.
• Secure at least 4 same-day or upcoming hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate; boost non-hearing aid sales.
• Assist with outreach at Sam’s Club events and center events.
• Work primarily on-site at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in San Antonio.
