Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is hiring a Hearing Ambassador for an on-site position at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will assist the licensed dispenser, engage members, and educate them about hearing wellness while scheduling appointments and supporting growth through community outreach.

You will be responsible for outbound calls, promoting non-hearing aid products when appropriate, and helping reach daily testing and sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and retail or sales environments.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and educate them about hearing wellness.
• Schedule appointments and support fulfillment of daily duties.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of daily hearing tests and promote non-hearing aid products when applicable.
• Represent NationsBenefits at Sam’s Club events to drive growth.
