Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking an Hearing Ambassador for an on-site role at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Visalia, CA. You will assist licensed dispensers, engage customers, educate about hearing wellness, and support growth through outreach and relationships with members.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, scheduling tests, promoting related products, and representing the center at events. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or retail environments.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage reminders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and internet use.
• Comfort engaging customers during outreach events.

Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to potential or existing customers.
• Schedule and secure 4+ immediate or planned tests daily with hearing care professionals.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when appropriate to drive sales.
• Represent the HAC during Sam's Club events and other marketing activities.
• Walk the club and intercept customers to set up tests and document interactions.
