Job summary

NationsBenefits in Provo, Utah, is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist the licensed dispenser, engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, and schedule appointments at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center. On-site role focused on delivering excellent service to members and driving test bookings.

You will handle 30–50 outbound calls daily, aim to secure multiple tests daily, promote related products, and support growth through community events and member relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Experience with scheduling and appointments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic PC hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Know HAC products and services to guide customers.
• Set up tests and full hearing test purchases when interacting with Members.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure 4+ immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Support growth through community outreach and relationship building.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as a lead intercept tool.
• Assist in scheduling return visits and medical referrals.
• Promote HAC during Sam’s Club and center events.
