Sonova Group is hiring a Hearing Care Coordinator in Janesville, WI. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure patients receive quality care, schedule appointments, verify benefits, and support with patient needs in the clinic.

The role requires strong communication, HIPAA knowledge, and experience in healthcare. No nights or weekends; comprehensive benefits and a sales incentive program are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with hearing aids is a plus.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance benefits.
• Assist with patient intake forms and maintain files/notes.
• Provide first level support, answer questions, check patients in/out, and process payments.
• Manage inventory and assist with community outreach events.
