Responsibilities

• Communicate via phone, text and email with patients, peers, the corporate office, and the manufacturer.
• Teamwork oriented - work alongside your office counterpart and regional management.
• Maintain a clean, inviting and friendly environment in the office.
• Maintain accurate records of deposits, inventory and call activity.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of hearing instruments and their function.
