Communication with patients and colleagues via phone, text, and email is essential to maintain smooth operations. This role requires strong multitasking, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage office schedule to ensure efficient patient care.
• Use Sycle to set appointments, update patient information, and enter purchases.
• Communicate with patients, peers, corporate office, and manufacturer via phone, text, and email.
• Work with office counterpart and regional/corporate management.
