Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls for appointments, follow-ups, and weekly evaluations.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain files/notes.
• Verify benefits and insurance details; complete authorizations as needed.
• Assist with payments, input information into system, and balance daily reports.
• Support clinic operations, inventory, and event logistics as needed.
