Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Microsoft Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and establish a positive first impression.
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-ups and track clinic evaluations.
• Verify insurance benefits and document patient information.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage payments.
• Process patient orders and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
• Assist with inventory management and supply orders as needed.
• Support event planning and logistics for community outreach events.
