Job summary

AudioNova, part of Sonova, in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator to work with our clinical team. You will schedule appointments, verify benefits, and support patients and referring physicians.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and ability to manage patient files, process payments, and perform office duties. Healthcare and customer service experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls for scheduling follow-up tests and consultations.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain files/notes.
• Schedule/confirm patient appointments and process payments.
• Complete benefit checks and insurance authorizations.
• Provide first-level support to patients and check-in/out.
• Process repairs under supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional.
• Assist with inventory and general office duties as needed.
