Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Make outbound calls for scheduling follow-ups and weekly evaluations.
• Collect intake forms and maintain patient files.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Perform benefits checks and insurance authorizations.
