Sonova USA Inc. is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator to support patients at the Mountain Home, AR clinic. You will work with clinicians to ensure high quality care, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with patient needs in a friendly, organized environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare or patient service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. This role offers a daytime schedule, competitive pay, and benefits including health coverage

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong relationship building with patients, physicians and clinical staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and EMR/EHR familiarity is a plus.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency.
• Associates degree preferred with minimum high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits.
• Verify insurance benefits and benefits details.
• Assist with payments and patient intake forms.
• Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to ensure quality care.
