Job summary

CHOC in Orange, CA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to assist the Audiologist with testing and interpretation, and to guide patients through their hearing loss treatment journey. You will help ensure a positive first impression and orient patients to hearing aid usage.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service or front office experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Audiologist with testing and interpretation.

• Provide servicing and basic troubleshooting of hearing aids.
