Coordinate with audiologists to facilitate patient care and follow-up.

Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Support the clinic's marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.

Assist with insurance questions and determining patient financial responsibility.

Assist with minor hearing aid repairs.

Assist with hearing aid phone connections.

Requirements

Audiology, hearing clinic, or hearing aid experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
