Job summary

CHOC Audiology is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to assist with testing and interpretation, and to ensure patients receive a positive, welcoming experience at our Orange, CA center. You will guide patients through their hearing loss treatment journey, including hearing aid orientation, servicing, and basic troubleshooting.

Weekends and Holidays are required. Must have at least 2 years of customer service, a High School diploma or GED, and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service, clerical or front office experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with hearing aid testing and interpretation and work with Audiologist.
• Provide orientation on the use of hearing aids, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure patients have a positive first impression and smooth treatment journey.
