Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with hearing care software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient intake forms.
• Verify insurance benefits and authorizations.
• Assist with payments and cash handling.
• Support Hearing Care Professionals and physicians.
• Maintain patient files and records.
• Process patient orders and inventory management.
• Support event planning for community outreach.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and privacy.
