AudioNova, part of Sonova, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator in Schaumburg, IL. In this role, you will support our clinical staff to ensure patients receive exceptional care and service. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and assisting patients with their needs.

We offer a competitive pay range of $18.00-$22.00 per hour plus a sales incentive bonus, as well as great benefits like medical coverage and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and confirm patients.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain filing.
• Provide first level support to patients and process payments.
• Assist in planning community outreach events.
