AudioNova, part of Sonova in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Hearing Care Coordinator to support clinical staff and patients. You will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, collect forms, and assist with patient care and payments in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires strong communication, patient relations, and experience with Microsoft Office. Prior hearing aid knowledge is a plus, with no evening or weekend hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication is required.
• Strong relationship building with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook; HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and confirmations.
• Verify insurance benefits and details; assist with patient intake and forms.
• Provide first level support to patients and collect payments.
• Process repairs under supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional.
• Prepare deposits and submit daily reports to finance.
• Assist with inventory management and event planning.
