Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in hearing healthcare or related field a plus.
• Sales, customer service or community outreach experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional patient experience and schedule appointments.
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule tests, consultations and other visits.
• Educate patients on hearing care products and services.
• Develop relationships with physicians, partners and community organizations.
• Coordinate insurance benefits, verifications and payments as needed.
