Job summary

WS Audiology USA is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to act as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail setting. You will drive appointment bookings, support clinical providers, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role includes generating leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with hearing aid orders and inventory, while ensuring HIPAA and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build trust quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• The Retail Sales Coordinator serves as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail environment, driving appointment bookings and supporting clinical providers.
• Use consultative conversations to identify potential hearing needs and assist proctoring screenings to qualify candidates.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments for hearing evaluations and build referral opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to optimize provider calendars; maintain accurate client records and data integrity.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries and support recall efforts.
• Assist with hearing aid orders, repairs, inventory, and client notifications for pickup; prep for appointments.
