NationsBenefits, a leading healthcare fintech provider, is hiring a Hearing Ambassador for the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Orlando, FL. On-site role focusing on engaging members, promoting tests, and meeting daily outreach goals.

Set 30-50 outbound calls, secure 4 hearing tests daily, and upsell non-hearing-aid products. Join a team committed to superior service and member health outcomes while supporting growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Walk the club and set tests, spending 95% of time on the floor.
• Support hearing health needs and educate customers about hearing wellness.
• Assist with community outreach and customer relationship building.
