Job summary

NationsBenefits in Wisconsin is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers and engage members at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Janesville. You will educate customers about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through outreach.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales or retail experience, plus comfort with PC hardware/software and scheduling tools. This role is on-site at the HAC and involves outbound calls and coordinating tests.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software; basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and potential purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as a qualifying tool.
• Assist with scheduling return visits when needed.
• Promote HAC during Sam's Club events and outreach activities.
• Be based in HAC but spend 95% of time walking the club and setting tests.
