HearUSA in Woodland Hills, CA, is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to support our healthcare partner network by overviewing hearing aid insurance benefits and scheduling Hearing Aid Evaluations. You will use HearUSA CRM to locate patient profiles, schedule appointments, and follow up on referrals, aiming to meet monthly targets while protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred or equivalent work history.
• Spanish bilingual preferred (not required).
• Must be available to work in the Woodland Hills location M-F.
• Experience interacting with customers/clients; sales environment preferred.
• Hearing Aid or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves healthcare partner insurance members, providing hearing aid insurance benefit overview and scheduling Hearing Aid Evaluations.
• Schedules appointments from referrals for diagnostic testing, BAHA and Cochlear implant members and other necessary appointments.
• Utilizes HearUSA CRM to locate or create patient profiles and schedule evaluations.
• Performs outbound calls to follow up on unconverted member leads and schedule evaluations.
• Follows scheduling protocols, business rules, and processes.
• Meets or exceeds monthly appointment targets and tracks opportunities and results.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
