Job summary

HearUSA in Richardson, TX is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure client needs are met, manage schedules, and provide friendly service. You will handle appointments and maintain patient charts, while assisting with stock orders and basic hearing aid care.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service and office administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, professional rapport with clients and coworkers.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
  • Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly customer service.
  • Manage clinic schedule for walk-in, curbside and scheduled appointments.
  • Enter stock and custom orders and perform weekly inventory audits.
  • Maintain records of cash and deposits and complete end-of-day reports.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting environment and basic hearing aid care.
  • Assist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting via phone or in person.
