Job summary

HearUSA is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure client needs are met promptly and to maintain an organized appointment schedule. You will deliver friendly service, handle walk-ins and appointments, and stay knowledgeable about hearing aid products and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and ensure information is up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly customer service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins, appointments, and potential clients.
• Enter stock and custom orders, and perform weekly inventory audits.
• Maintain records of cash and bank deposits and end-of-day reports.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and basic cleaning/repair.
• Assist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting via telephone or in-person.
• Know HearUSA products, promotions and pricing; support HearAssist and remote care as needed.
