Job summary

Rx Redefined is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth across a focused regional territory in the United States. You will own the top and middle of the funnel—sourcing prospects, scheduling meetings, and running core demos with clinic staff and physicians.

You’ll partner with executive leadership on late-stage negotiations, handle redlines, and travel up to 50% as you maintain a rigorous CRM workflow to keep the pipeline accurate and moving toward closed deals.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of direct outbound sales or account executive experience.
• Proven high-velocity prospecting and converting leads to discovery meetings.
• Experience engaging practice managers, administrators, and physicians.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Pipeline Generation: drive high-velocity prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Demos & Initial Discovery: uncover pain points and present solution demos to clinic staff.
• Collaborative Closing: involve VP of Growth in late-stage negotiations and redlines.
• Travel & Calendar Ownership: manage travel and daily cadence for qualified meetings.
• CRM & Funnel Management: keep deal stages and notes accurate for pipeline metrics.
