Job summary

BoomerangFX is a global healthcare SaaS and AI company seeking a Sales Development Representative in Miami. You will generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls to private-pay healthcare practices, identifying decision-makers and scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team.

Required are 3+ years of outbound B2B experience, proven prospecting skills, and excellent English. You will join an international team and contribute to growth across the U.S. healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience prospecting businesses and booking qualified meetings.
• Excellent English, strong listening and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 125–150 outbound calls daily to healthcare prospects.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities for the team.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demos with Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and next steps.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and conversions.
